INSIDE-OUT Home Improvement, LLC is a locally owned family business established in 2006.  We are a husband and wife team, Norm and Gina.  Norm has been doing home improvement work for more than 25 years, mostly in Arizona, but also in California and Colorado.  He is more than just another Handyman.  You’ve heard the term “Jack of all Trades, Master of None”.  At INSIDE-OUT Home Improvement, LLC we don’t’ believe that for a minute.  Norm is a perfectionist and prides himself on doing every job as if it were in our own home.  Norm provides the same quality craftsmanship on every project in your home from installing a new kitchen faucet, to tiling your bathroom shower or floor, to replacing your water heater, to installing a ceiling fan in your children’s bedroom.  We provide reliable service, reasonable and competitive pricing, and a solid reputation.   

INSIDE-OUT mainly services residential properties but also maintains a strong relationship with several large commercial property management companies.  We provide service and repair to all PMT Ambulance locations and several commercial buildings throughout the valley.  We have also partnered with several Realtors in the area who refer our services to clients placing their homes on the market and also for those who have just purchased the home of their dreams, but find that it needs a little tender loving care to make it their own.  Many become return customers for INSIDE-OUT.

Our Business

Special Note:  Inside-Out Home Improvement, LLC is INSURED, but we are not a licensed contractor at this time.  We have close relationships with several General Contractors in the area that work with us on some larger projects.  We are a small business so when you call Inside-Out you are not calling a call center in another state or a large company that sends "technicians" to your home.  We are family and we care about your needs.  We provide excellent customer service and guarantee our work, if you're happy, we're happy.

Norm McGlothlin, Owner

Norm has been working in home improvement for over 25 years, he keeps up to date with all the modern technology and tools.  He typically works alone, unless he's working on a larger job that requires more than 2 hands. Some customers find it refreshing that Norm is a non-smoker.

Gina Valentino-McGlothlin, Owner

Gina takes care of all scheduling, billing, and marketing.  She is a Business Administration major and has been in the Marketing and Customer Service industry for over 30 years.  She is a creative force.  She publishes the Inside-OUTLook Home Improvement newsletter which is distributed to  existing and some prospective customers.
